research
Music is one of the richest and most expansive worlds I know. It heals, teaches, and brings people together. For me, working with music has always been a form of storytelling.
As a DJ, every performance is built around three essential elements: a person, a story, and a vinyl record. Each set is an invitation to travel across cultures, histories, and emotions through sound.
When there is space for deeper reflection, my sound talks combine knowledge with sensory experience, opening conversations around subjects such as women's histories, decolonization in music, migration, memory, and cultural identity. In my listening sessions, I use the physicality of vinyl to create a more attentive and embodied way of listening.
Archival
research
For me, everything begins with an encounter with a person, an object, a story, or a place. Before long, that encounter blossoms into an idea that may seem unexpected, surprising, or even a little unconventional. Gradually, it takes shape as an exhibition, a performance, a curated dinner, or a storytelling event, opening up new ways of seeing and understanding the world around us.
As a curator, I draw on the full breadth of my experience as an anthropologist, researcher, storyteller, writer, producer, and DJ. This interdisciplinary approach allows me to develop formats that challenge familiar perspectives, question established narratives, and invite audiences to engage with cultural topics in thoughtful and forward-thinking ways.
My inclusive and multidisciplinary approach to music has led me to develop a practice rooted in archives, libraries, museums, and private collections. I explore record labels' back catalogues and conduct research in both institutional and unofficial archives, seeking to construct narratives that move beyond cultural bias, omission, and dominant historical perspectives.
Every archival journey begins with a passion for music and the people behind it. Through research, listening, and storytelling, forgotten histories are transformed into new cultural narratives that take many forms, from music compilations, podcast series, and interactive websites to playlists, exhibitions, and public programmes.

Festivals have been an integral part of my professional life for many years, giving me a unique perspective on their inner workings. I have participated in music and cultural festivals around the world not only as an artist but also as a curator, producer, and cultural manager.
Working across both programming and production has given me a deep understanding of the needs of audiences, artists, partners, and festival teams alike. I enjoy creating formats that bring these perspectives together, transforming ideas into meaningful cultural experiences.
Whenever the opportunity arises, I am excited to take on the role of cultural manager, developing and curating new programmes that respond to the unique context, identity, and aspirations of each festival.
Heritage is not only what we see. It is shaped by countless layers, dimensions, and senses. That is why I believe exhibitions should be more than visual narratives. They should unfold as multisensory and polyphonic experiences, expanding the stories they tell while embracing multiple perspectives.
I see exhibitions as dynamic and inclusive forms of storytelling, where music, memory, material culture, and heritage work together to deepen our understanding of both the narrative and the people who carry it.
Writing is one of my favourite ways of making sense of the world. As a cultural anthropologist, I observe people, places, and everyday life with curiosity and care. Whether I am exploring the story of a forgotten singer, the memory of a long-vanished railway route, the scent of a lost fragrance, an old recipe, or the craft of an artisan, each encounter offers an opportunity to deepen my understanding of culture and of the people who shape it.
For me, every story has the potential to reveal something universal.
